To this end, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your item, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them: undamaged(scratches, marks, etc.) and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A proof of purchase or receipt must accompany your return request to help us quickly process your return.
Initiating a Return
Should you wish to return a product, please reach out to us at info@wellvx.com. Our customer service team is dedicated to guiding you through the return process. We kindly ask that you contact us for authorization before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We are a company that delivers internationally free of charge, when it comes to returns we will not be taking responsibility for payment of shipping labels. If a customer wishes to return their order, they are responsible for producing and paying for the shipping label. We will only be required to provide the address for the return and will not be paying any extra charges. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, and cannot issue refunds for items that do not reach us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
