I never write reviews, but whoever invented this thing is a genius and deserves a FIVE Star review from me. I've had to lie in a side position where the side of my thumb presses my nostril open so that I can breathe while trying to sleep since a car accident 10 years ago. My husband bought these for me since he knows I struggle to sleep due to my nasal passages collapsing, and they WORK! Best night sleep in decades!

I tried the other well known strips & they worked intermittently because they wouldn’t always stay on & i couldn’t get the placement always right… not so with these, comes with an applicator to place them precisely & the magnets really help to expand the nasal airway, along with myofunctional therapy for proper tongue posture, i use these with xlear nasal spray & mouth tape & my husband says i no longer snore! it’s amazing!
